It is the health & safety policy of TheWorkwear Ltd. to take all reasonable steps to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of its employees, and we establish procedures and systems necessary to implement this policy.

At The Workwear Ltd., we take health and safety seriously. Our goal is to protect the wellbeing of employees, contractors, visitors, and the public. We work in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and follow the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Standard to prevent accidents and maintain a safe workplace.

Employee Responsibilities

Health and safety is a shared responsibility. We expect all employees, contractors, and visitors to:

Incident Reporting

All accidents or injuries, no matter how small, must be reported. Accident books are located in the workshop and administration office. These records are reviewed every quarter to help identify risks and improve workplace safety.
