EMBROIDERY ARTWORK GUIDE
For embroidery, All file types are accepted as long as the resolution is good quality.
Gradients of Colours:
If your logo has shades of colours, it won’t be possible with embroidery.
Background:
If your logo has the same colours as your workwear, please mention which colours you want us to replace your logo with?
The background of all logos is ignored by default, if you want us to embroider the background of your logo please let us know under SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Design / Redesign of your logo:
Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation we can convert (re-draw) your file to a suitable type for a fee of £30.00 in the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspects of the order such request must be given by the customer to us in writing.

Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation we can convert (re-draw) your file to a suitable type for a fee of £30.00. Of course, you will be notified and ask for confirmation prior to this work taking place.
For best quality print, Illustrator Vector, EPS or high resolution PSD files are the preferred files types. It’s easy to differentiate between vectors and other formats. If you zoom into a vector, you will see no jagged edges or distortion. If you zoom into a bitmap, the image and edges will become blocky.
Don’t create a bitmap file and then save it as a AI or EPS file – it’s still a bitmap and would be unusable unless we re-draw it for a fee.
Resolution: To avoid any unnecessary charges and delays and to ensure you receive the highest quality customisation please ensure you provide artwork in high resolution JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS or AI files.
Background: The background of all logos is ignored by default, if you want to embroider the background of your logo it will make it a high stitch count job, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.
