For embroidery, All file types are accepted as long as the resolution is good quality.
If your logo contains gradients or shades of colours, it cannot be accurately recreated with embroidery. Embroidery uses solid threads, which means the smooth transition from one colour to another (like a fade or blend) is not possible. Instead, embroidery requires flat, solid colours.

Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation we can convert (re-draw) your file to a suitable type for a fee of £30.00 in the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspects of the order such request must be given by the customer to us in writing.

Preferred File Types
For the best print and embroidery quality, please provide artwork in Illustrator Vector, EPS, or high-resolution PSD files. It’s easy to tell the difference: when you zoom into a vector, the edges stay smooth and sharp. However, when you zoom into a bitmap, the image becomes blocky and distorted.
Important Note: Don’t create a bitmap file and simply save it as AI or EPS. It will still be a bitmap and unusable unless we redraw it for you (a fee will apply).
Resolution Requirements
To avoid delays or extra charges, always send artwork in high-resolution JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS, or AI formats. High resolution ensures crisp, professional results for your customised workwear.
Backgrounds
By default, we ignore the background of all logos during embroidery. However, if you would like the background included, please let us know in advance. Since this increases the stitch count, it may require a custom quote.

If your artwork isn’t in a suitable format, we can redraw it for you at a fee of £30.00. If you’d like to change your design, artwork, or any other aspect of the order, please submit the request to us in writing.
