These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between The Workwear Ltd. and its customers. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We process every order according to the written specifications you provide and confirm in writing.
Unless agreed otherwise, you must pay at the time of order.
If payment is not received by the last day of the month after delivery, we charge interest at 8% per year from the invoice date.
Ownership of goods passes to you only when we receive full payment (cleared funds).
If you want to change the design, artwork, or another aspect of your order, you must email us or contact us through our social channels.
We will do our best to make changes, but additional costs may apply. We will notify you of these costs before proceeding.
Changes may also affect delivery times. We will not begin orders requiring new artwork until you approve the final design.
To avoid delays and extra charges, please provide artwork in high-resolution JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS, or AI formats.
By default, we ignore logo backgrounds. If you want the background included, please request a custom quote.
If you don’t have suitable artwork, we can redraw your file for a fee of £30.
On each product page, you’ll find a Special Requirements section. Use this to:
Specify a mix of sizes or colours.
Provide instructions if your logo contains colours that match the garment.
Please check all spellings, numbers, and colours carefully before approving artwork. We only guarantee colours if you provide Pantone references.
We accept returns from our standard range within 28 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
We cover return carriage costs if we make an error or the item is faulty. Processing returns may take up to 15 working days.
We cannot accept returns for:
Goods that have been embroidered, printed, or badged.
Minor colour differences.
Goods assembled to your specification.
Specially procured items not in our standard range.
If goods arrive with production or manufacturing errors, we reserve the right to correct them before offering a refund.
Standard range means any item on our website, excluding special colours or sizes.
All goods are subject to availability. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery takes place at your premises.
We aim to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee against delays or non-delivery.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement. This may take a few extra days.
Once items are delivered to your premises, we are no longer responsible for theft. You are liable for items stolen after delivery.
Return standard items within 28 days (if unused and in original packaging).
Faulty or incorrect goods qualify for free returns.
Refunds or corrections are at our discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Discount codes cannot be applied to bundles or wearer packs and only apply to online transactions. Usage is at our discretion.
Some products are listed as no VAT (for example, safety footwear for individual use). If you purchase for employees, VAT applies. It is your responsibility to inform us if VAT should not be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that include:
Offensive words, slogans, graphics, or icons.
Copyrighted material or images without permission.
These terms apply to all orders, including repeat orders. Disputes are handled under English law.
We do not restrict or remove any of your statutory rights.
This policy is approved by the Board of Directors of The Workwear Ltd. and reviewed annually.
